We deliver to all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. Delivery coverage includes both mainland and free zone areas within each emirate.
Delivery times vary based on product availability and your location. Estimated timeframes are displayed on each product page and at checkout.

These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to stock availability, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Delivery is charged per trip based on your delivery location, covering up to 5 items per delivery. Rates are:

Orders with a subtotal above AED 4,999 qualify for free delivery. Mixed carts with items from multiple categories are charged once per trip, based on the emirate rate above.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also view your order status by logging into your account and visiting your order history.
If no one is available to receive the delivery at the confirmed time, a re-delivery fee may apply. We will hold your order and contact you to reschedule. After three failed delivery attempts, the order may be cancelled and subject to our return policy.
Currently, we only deliver within the United Arab Emirates. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
