Commission is calculated per order after the order is delivered. It is the order total minus production cost, shipping, and a small platform fee. You see the exact amount in the commission section of your dashboard, then approve or query it before payout.
Withdrawals can be requested at any time. Once an order is delivered and marked complete, commission appears in your balance. Request your withdrawal and it transfers to your UAE bank account within 1-3 business days. Minimum withdrawal is AED 200.
All after sale issues (complaints, returns, warranty questions) are handled by WoodYork directly. You are not responsible for delivery problems, product defects, or service disputes. Your commission is protected once an order is delivered.
